The Ministry of Commerce and Industry wishes to inform the general public  that the seized containers of flour will be auctioned to the public through a  bidding process.

The Commerce Ministry release notes further  that its action  will serve as a deterrent to those who may, either want to flood the Liberian market with sub-standard commodities or engage in illegal importation

The Commerce Ministry is meanwhile re-assuring the public   that the Liberian government remains responsive to protecting consumer interest at all times.
