GOVERNMENT NOTICE
INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY OF VEHICLES
IFB# MOC/NCB/0012/12

The Government of Liberia through the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) has received budgetary allotment and intends to apportion funds towards the acquisition of ten (10) units of sedans to be used by Directors and Supervisors.  The Ministry of Commerce and Industry now invites sealed bid or bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply of said vehicle as per the below specifications.

Lot 1: Sedans

4 Door- Manual Transmission, Engine: Gasoline 1.6L DOHC CVVT-4Valve, Power:82.4KW/6000RPM, fully loaded, Fuel type: Gasoline Engine, Multi point fuel injection, Cooling system: V-Belt, Water circulating pump outlet coolant temp control, Power steering(15.5Overall steering gear ratio) Fuel tank capacity: 45 Litres, Brakes: Dual diagonal, split circuit, power assisted braking system with pressure valve (front: disk type-Rear-Brake type)

Qualification Requirement Includes

 Current Business Registration Certificate
 Current Tax Clarence
 Past performance report including names and contact of at least three (3) clients
 Bidder capacity to perform, schedule of deliveries and evidence of after sale services
 Availability of spare parts at all time.
 Ability to pre-finance for minimum period of three (3) weeks
 Warranty two to three years

All bids must be sealed and delivered to the Internal Auditor office on the 2nd floor; deadline for submission is on or before May 18, 2012 at 12 noon.

Electronic bids will not be accepted, late bids will be rejected and returned to bidders unopened, and bids will be opened on May 18, 2012 at 12 noon in the Conference Room of the Ministry in the presence of bidders’ representatives.  Bid price should be quoted in United States Dollars.
